In this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") you will find information about what personal information we collect about you, what legal title we process it for, what purposes we use it for, how long we keep it, to whom we may transfer it. 1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS?

 

If you use the services of our e-shop or establishments (ie sales and distribution points), we process various types of data about you.

 

1.1. IF YOU BUY

1.2. IF YOU REGISTER

 

Within your account, you have unrestricted access to your personal data as well as to their possible modification. In the account, you can view the history of your completed orders, purchased products and unfinished orders. Through a customer account, you also have the opportunity to save data from a payment card, manage the sending of a newsletter and so-called wishlist in which you can save your favorite products.

 

 If you do not wish to open a customer account to make a purchase, you can also purchase in our e-shop without registration. You may terminate the club account agreement in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

 

If you are a member of a club account, we process the following data:

 

Identification data, which are name and surname, and in the case of purchase at the company ID number and VAT number;

 

Contact details, which are e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, payment details;

 

Demographics derived from your settings and behavior on the web, which include gender, date of birth, preferred language

 

Login details, which are your login name and password. We do not have access to the actual password.

 

Data generated based on the duration of the contract, specifically purchased products, volume of services provided and customer segment.

 

1.3. IF YOU ARE A SUBSCRIBER TO TRADE NOTICES

 

You can receive business notifications from us regarding similar products as you have purchased from us. You can always opt-out of these notifications via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email that contains this notification. If you have a customer account, you can also unsubscribe through your account. Unsubscribing from business announcements is free.

 

If you are a registered customer, you can also receive business notifications via SMS messages or push notifications in our mobile application. If you enter the competition, we process the following personal data:

 

Identification data, which is a name and surname;

 

Contact details, specifically your social network profile or e-mail address, in case of a win for the purpose of sending it, also address, postal address, billing address, telephone number.

 

1.10. IF YOU PARTICIPATE IN USER TESTING OR OTHER ORGANIZED EVENTS

 

If you participate in our custom testing program, we may process the following information:

If you are a registered customer, we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the club account agreement, ie maintaining your customer account.

 

2.3. MARKETING OFFERS

 

We send you business announcements about similar products as you bought from us. You can always opt-out of these notifications via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email that contains this notification. If you are a registered customer, we also send you business notifications via SMS messages or push notifications in our mobile application. We process personal data to a different extent and for different purposes, as detailed in Art. 1 and 2 above, either:

 

 

a) Without your consent based on the performance of the contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation or our legitimate interests;

 

b) With your consent

 

The types of processing that we may perform without your consent depend on the intended purpose of the processing and the position in which you act towards us - whether you are only a visitor to our website, whether you buy from us or register. However, your personal data may also be processed if you are the addressee of the ordered goods or services, if you communicate with us or if you visit our store.

 

3.1. PERFORMANCE OF THE PURCHASE AND CLUB ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

 

If you buy or send an order from us, a proposal for a purchase contract is created, which is concluded by the acceptance of the proposal by us in the form of sending the ordered goods. However, in order to be able to successfully fulfill this purchase agreement, or any other contract relating to goods or services, we need a large part of your personal data entered via the order form. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1, par. 1 and 5.

 

If you register with us, we process your data on the basis of fulfilling the club account agreement so that we can maintain your customer account. The contract on which our processing is based is created by creating your customer account. In the event of account cancellation, ie termination of the club account agreement in accordance with the relevant business conditions, we stop processing personal data for this purpose. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1, par. 2.

 

3.2. FULFILLMENT OF LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

 

We too must comply with certain obligations imposed on us by the applicable legislation. If we process your personal data in fulfillment of these obligations, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. On this legal basis, we specifically process your identification and contact details, as well as your order details. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1, par. 1.

 

3.3. CONSENT

 

For the purpose of sending business notifications via e-mail, we may process your personal data with your consent. Based on your consent, we process them if we do not process them on the basis of a legitimate interest or due to the performance of a club account agreement. You can revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from business announcements. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1, par. 3.

 

We ask for your consent, even if you plan to publish a review of the purchased goods, comment on the blog, set availability monitoring, whether you participate in user testing or other events. Even in these cases, it is of course possible to revoke the consent at any time. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1, par. 4, 7 and 10.

 

3.4. ELIGIBLE INTEREST

 

We also process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, so that we can improve and adapt the services provided, find out whether the order has been processed to your satisfaction and promote the products and services offered more effectively. These are mainly those data that are listed in Art. 1 par. 4 and 5.

 

Based on a legitimate interest in direct marketing, we may also send you commercial announcements regarding products similar to those you have purchased from us. However, this is only on condition that you do not object to such processing. However, if you are a registered customer, we send you business notifications for collection based on the fulfillment of the club account agreement. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1 par. 3.

 

Our legitimate interest is also the protection of legal claims, internal records and control of the proper provision of our services. In this case, we process all categories of personal data listed in Art. 1.

 

Our legitimate interest also lies in sending a request for evaluation of the purchase made through a selected evaluation portal or evaluation of consumer competitions organized by us. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1. par. 8 and 9.

 

The processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest also takes place when visiting our stores, which are monitored by a camera system for the protection of property. You can object to this processing at any time. The specific data that we process in this case are listed in Art. 1. par. 6.

 

4. TO WHOM DO WE PERSON PERSONAL DATA?

 

In most cases, we process your personal data for our own purposes as a controller, which means that we determine the above-mentioned purposes for the collection of your personal data, the determination of the means of processing and their proper execution.

 

We pass on your personal data to our partners only if it is necessary within the performance of the purchase contract, e.g. to secure payment or transportation; further club account agreements, based on a legitimate interest or if you have given your consent to the transfer in advance.

 

We also pass on your personal data to our processors, who of course comply with the legal conditions for the protection of personal data. These processors process personal data in accordance with our instructions and your rights are not affected by this processing. With your consent, we may also pass on your personal data to social networks or marketing tool operators to display targeted advertising on other websites.

If third parties use your personal information in their own legitimate interests, we are not responsible for such processing. Such possible processing is governed exclusively by the Principles of Personal Data Processing of the Companies and Persons concerned.

 

4.2. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU

 

When transferring your personal data to our processors, we may in some cases transfer personal data to third countries that are not part of the European Union and that do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. However, such transfer will only be made by us if our processor undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission, which are available here.

 

5. FOR WHAT PERIOD WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AND HOW IS IT SECURE?

 

5.1. PROCESSING PERIOD

 

We primarily process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship, ie the purchase contract or the club account agreement. We are obliged to process the personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of all our obligations, whether it is obligations arising only from the concluded contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations for the period specified by the legal regulations or in accordance with them. E.g. As an administrator, we are obliged to keep information about you for at least 10 years from the date of issue of the accounting documents issued by us.

 

We primarily process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, i. j. purchase agreement or club account agreement. In addition, we also process personal data for the necessary period of time in order to be able to properly fulfill all our obligations arising from the concluded contract and generally binding legal regulations. E.g. We are obliged to keep information about you for at least 10 years for the accounting documents issued by us.

 

As part of the fulfillment of your requests and the provision of quality customer service, we process your personal data from the conclusion of our contractual relationship, including 1 year from the end of the warranty period of the purchased goods in order to resolve potential disputes.

 

If you communicate with us through our customer service, we store personal data from the communication for 2 years, including call recordings that are monitored.

 

If you give us consent to the sending of commercial notifications, this consent is valid for 4 years or until revoked. Also, if you give us your consent to notify you of the availability of the goods you are monitoring, this consent is valid until the availability information is sent, but no longer than 1 year or until it is revoked. The consent given by sending your review of the goods is valid for 6 years or until revoked. If you create content within our blog posts, consent is given by submitting your comment to such a post valid for 2 years or until revoked. If you decide to take part in a user test or other event that we organize and give us your consent, we will process your personal data for 1 year or until it is revoked, including any camera or other audiovisual recordings.

 

If you participate in a competition organized by us, we process your personal data for 1 year. If you visit our store or other premises and their surroundings of our company, we process camera recordings for a period of 90 days from the date of this recording.

 

In other cases, the period of processing of your personal data results from the purpose of processing or is determined by binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. Your personal data is automatically deleted after the set processing times have elapsed.

 

5.2. SECURITY

 

The personal data we collect about you and which we process is transmitted to us in an already encrypted form, using the SSL (secure socket layer) encryption system for this transmission. It is this system that ensures that your personal data is safe when your browser communicates with our server. We secure our websites and other systems with which we work with appropriate technical and organizational measures against the loss and destruction of your personal data, as well as against access, alteration or dissemination of unauthorized persons to your personal data.

 

 We are continuously improving this security, while we also require our processors to prove the compliance of the systems they use with the GDPR.

 

If you register, access to your customer account is only possible after entering the password you have chosen. We don't have access to your password because we store it in an encrypted form that can't be decrypted back, not even for us.

 

Among other things, we would like to appeal to you that it is essential that you do not disclose your login details to third parties. We recommend that you log out when you are finished with your customer account, especially if you use the device with other users. We do not take responsibility for any misuse of your password, unless we cause this situation directly.

 

6. HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?

 

We also use cookies so that our website can function properly, so that our offer is relevant, interesting and user-friendly for you. In order to use cookies, we need their support from the internet browser you use. Our website works without cookies, but to a very limited extent with the inability to use some basic functions.
