Goods returning procedure

The return policy of filimex.eu online store, which regulates the return conditions between the operator / seller and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "RP").

Introductory provisions.

1. The operator (hereinafter referred to as the seller) of the online store www.filimex.eu is Filimex s.r.o., Slivkova 10, Bernolakovo, 900 27, Slovak Republic.

2. The buyer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer) in the online store is any natural or legal person whose data is contained in electronic form when ordering goods (goods/services or services/services). Each order placed by the buyer on the filimex.eu website has a unique number.

3. These Rules for the return of purchased goods govern the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer when the buyer returns goods purchased at www.filimex.eu to the seller.

4. The return for the purposes of this procedure for the return of purchased goods is understood as the right of the buyer to return the goods purchased on the website www.filimex.eu to the seller.

5. Return of goods available within 14 days from date of delivery/pick-up, in case it is not a complaint.

6. In case of return goods with no complaints, the buyer could send the goods directly to the complaints department. In this case, proceed as follows:

·       Fill in and print the Withdrawal of the consumer from the purchase contract (download form). Please be noted that this form cannot be used for claims of damaged goods.

·       You can find the data required for filling in on the invoice.

·       Return the goods to their original condition (unwashed, unused goods in the original packaging). In this case, we will refund you the full price of the goods.

·       Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation. Ideally, pack it in its original packaging. Pease, do not forget to enclose a signed withdrawal from the purchase contract.

·       Send the goods to our complaints department: : Filimex s.r.o., Slivková 10, Bernolákovo, 900 27, Slovenská repúblika.

WARNING: the date of receipt by the seller of a complaint from the client is the day after it was sent by the client.

WARNING: PLEASE NOTE THAT SELLER MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FROM BUYER WHEN THE RETURN SHIPPING DATE EXCEEDS 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY/PICK UP TO THE BUYER.
